When you apply for membership, either by mail or using the online form at the bottom of this page, you will have to pay the prorated annual membership fee, as well as the application fee.

Please note that the file analysis fee ($25) is non-refundable if your application is refused.

ONLINE ADHESION

First of all, make sure you have all the required information on-hand: personal and professional contact information, areas of expertise and information on your training schools, your diplomas and/or your pertinent transcript of records in digital format.

The online form will allow you to pay your annual fee with PayPal or by credit card.
