Kyra’s Body Being & Heart Continuing Education Classes are easy, practical courses which you can integrate into your Massage Therapy practice. Each one is a weekend plus two practice sessions. Practice sessions will be decided at time of class.
Courses are held in person in Montreal, though it is possible to attend on Zoom. Dates listed below are tentative. Contact Kyra@bodybeingheart.com for details. Courses give you twenty hours credit. Certificates and letters of Attendance available.

Discover the 12 meridians, energy rivers of your body. Learn simple techniques to support the function of organs stimulating or dampening over or under activity. Alleviate innumerous symptoms with this easy to integrate approach.
February 4-5, 2023
This introductory course to CranioSacral Therapy will give you tools to deepen your clients relaxation and autonomic system function. Discover primary respiration, the craniosacral rhythm (CSR). This rhythm reflects the health and well-being of your client. Learn to release the five diaphragms and balance fluid flow through cranium and spinal cord. An excellent approach to integrate into the beginning or end of your massage sessions.
Kyra trained in the innovative Chikly Method of Lymphatic Drainage and Dr. Chikly’s Brain courses. She apprenticed to Dr Kenneth Koles, Ph.D, LAc, DSc, CST-D, a mentor of many years, colleague, and friend. She has assisted all his courses in Unwinding the Meridians with CranioSacral Therapy and Chinese Acupuncture Principles as well as his distant healing course ‘Frequencies and Vibration.’
Kyra Lober is a certified CranioSacral Therapist with the Upledger Institute. She is a certified Practitioner and Teacher of Body-Mind Centering and certified Practitioner of Shiatsu as well as an authorized teacher of Feldenkrais Awareness through movement. Kyra has a B.A. and M.A. in Dance. She integrates her years of training into her Body Being & Heart approach to wellness.
